18.02.09| New Premises for DISPO in Augsburg!

The DISPO Group has been successful in the market for years. The company founded in 1988 is growing permanently, forming a corporation in the line of manpower supply with branch offices in various federal states of Germany. Equally successful are the three branches in Augsburg, Schongau and Heidenheim, administered by Managing Director Ulrike Schmidt. In Augsburg, the company has moved into new rooms by the end of the previous year. These were visited by LANDWEHR Sales Representative Klaus Quandt, who brought the software service provider’s congratulations.

The three branches of the DISPO Group are administered by Managing Director Ulrike Schmidt with reliability and flexibility. She has been working in the field for more than 20 years and founded the branches Augsburg in 1998, Schongau in 2004 and Heidenheim in the previous year. Her business activities have been supported by LANDWEHR’s software products for about 10 years. The wide-ranging activities of the entire group of companies are controlled by the programs LANDWEHR L1 for the temporary employment sector, LANDWEHR L4 for employment services, the wage and salary accounting software LANDWEHR WinLOG and the financial accounting software LANDWEHR WinFIBU.

The DISPO Holding has based the establishment of the DISPO Network on the “Partner Principle“, that is, each branch office is administered by a Managing Director acting independently, or it is directly subordinate to another branch office. DISPO has currently 11 branch offices in Bavaria, Baden-Wurttemberg and North Rhine-Westphalia.

Ulrike Schmidt manages her three branch offices under the motto “By people – for people!”. Her self-conception as manpower supplier is to work in a field, which – besides economical reliability, flexibility and quick reactions – requires high social competences and sensitivity in dealing with applicants, employees and customers. The business activities focus on the industrial-technical, commercial and medical sector.

For the future, the Managing Director plans a further expansion of the business fields and the firm establishment of the new branch office in Heidenheim. Klaus Quandt (LANDWEHR Sales) and Ulrike Schmidt are both looking forward to a continued co-operation as partners realising new projects.
