02.02.09| LANDWEHR User “atrias” Received Award!
The manpower supplier atrias, founded in 2004, has recently won the award for being one of Hamburg’s best employers! The award was presented in Hamburg on 15th January. The company came fifth place in the competition of Hamburg’s best employers in 2009 and thus presented itself as an attractive employer and leading company among the manpower suppliers in Hamburg. The competition was first brought into being by Prof. Werner Sarges (Helmut-Schmidt-Universität), the IMWF (Institute for Management and Economic Reasearch), the NBS (Northern Business School) and the Hamburger Abendblatt (newspaper).
The story of success began about one year ago with the purchase of the manpower supply company “ts timesupport”, previously located in Saxony. With this purchase, Jochen Ziegler and Sven Schröder made the big step into self-employment. In October, “ts timesupport” became “atrias personalmanagement gmbh”. The company headquartes of atrias are meanwhile located in Hamburg. In total, atrias has twelve branch offices all over Germany. The company specialises in providing highly-qualified specialists and executives. There are currently about 1.000 employees placed.

We did not dare to hope that our work would come to fruition that quickly”, commented Jochen Ziegler coming fifth place. “The award mirrors the open and trustful company culture “, Jochen Ziegler continued. “A distinctive team orientation, flat hierarchies, short decision making processes, an efficient communication and information policy and a good deal of humor help to encourage the employees to play an active part and to feel comfortable.“
The software provider LANDWEHR supported the company startup one year ago. Atrias applies (as well as the previous company) the proven software solution for temporary employment agency work, LANDWEHR L1. Moreover, the modules Time Recording and Web Portal, as well as the solutions for payroll accounting and financial accounting are being applied. LANDWEHR’s software provides the company with optimal support to achieve their aims, and we are looking forward to a continuously successful co-operation and partnership.
