09.09.08| LANDWEHR Sales Team on the Road by Bicycle!
Once more, the LANDWEHR Sales Representatives have proved their sportsmanship on 23rd and 24th August. The team, consisting of Jan Schnier, Tobias Scholz and Klaus Quandt, took part in the 24-hour cycle race at Nürburgring.
The Nürburg-Ring, normally used by the Formula 1 pilots and other motorised fans, has become a popular meeting point for cyclists and runners. The challenging circuit in the Eifel is nowadays also used for large cycling events. The 24-hour cycle race took place for the 27th time this year.
The circuit’s topography is unique and thus forms a personal challenge for the participants. Everyone should have experienced the “Most beautiful piece of asphalt between the North and South Pole”. The like thought the LANDWEHR colleagues, who covered a few laps on the circuit during the 24-hour race.
