LANDWEHR L1 - The software solution for the temporary employment industry

The program LANDWEHR L1 embodies latest technology standards which provide you with a comprehensive range of functionalities allowing you to organise your enterprise. The program has been developed in the field, using the knowledge and experience of temporary employment agencies. It has been created to be run alongside the standard operating systems in Windows®.

The program modules

Customer Relation Management, Quote/Order Administration, Staff Overview and Hour Recording form the essential modules of the program. You can easily reach almost every module from these partial programs. LANDWEHR L1 aims at minimising your costs via rational accounting processes and maximizes profit increase via selective customer acquisition.

Customer Relation Management

The acquisition of customers and prospects is supported by this program module. Each newly acquired company can be recorded, for example, during a phone conversation. You can access MS-Word directly from the contacts, and a corresponding piece of writing can be faxed from the program at once.

Quote/Order Administration

With this module you can write quotations and create orders. First, you decide on the type of order: leasing according to the Employee Leasing Act, delivery/service, or contract for work and services. Once in the order, you can make allocations concerning the skeleton contract (customer, order duration period, trade, etc.)

Staff Overview

Staff Overview allows you to keep an eye on your personnel. It shows you where your employees are, were and will be.

Hour Recording

The Hour Recording is the central application for recording time data. This program domain has already been automated as far as possible. Data relevant for accounting and payment is stored in the orders.Subsequently, the application 'knows' which type of wage has to be assigned to the respective day. You only need to record data by hand, if they differ from the order data.
The Hour Recording is supported by the import of periods of time and the scanning of time sheets via the additional module LANDWEHR Time Recording.

General

Furthermore, in relation to wage and invoicing, you are required to record the data only once. This data can then be transferred to the programs LANDWEHR WinLOG (wage and salary accounting), or alternatively, to DATEV, and LANDWEHR WinFIBU (financial accounting).
