09.07.08| LANDWEHR informs at Union Day of the Commercial Cleaning Industry in Pforzheim
The Union Day of the Regional Guild of the Commercial Cleaning Industry Baden-Wurttemberg and the Expert Association Building Services Baden-Wurttemberg e.V. took place from 18. to 19. June in Pforzheim. Participants were given the occasion to listen to a specialised presentation by LANDWEHR Computer und Software GmbH. The LANDWEHR team consisting of Marc Linkert (LANDWEHR Management), Marco Töben (LANDWEHR Support) and David Funke (LANDWEHR Sales), informed about the subject “One Year Posting of Workers Act – on the Safe Side with the Right Software”.
The two-day Union Convention offered the participants interesting, specialised seminars, among these LANDWEHR’s contribution. On the first day’s evening, all visitors were able to make contact with their fellow union members or to intensify existing contacts and friendships. A festive dinner and live music were provided. On the second day, the member convention took place including important issues and an interesting presentation.
The Posting of Workers Act became effective for the commercial cleaning industry one year ago. This applicability of the Posting of Workers Act requires a software adjusted to the industry as well as to the Posting of Workers Act, so that the administrative tasks involved can be handled. On the basis of the software LANDWEHR L2 for the commercial cleaning industry, the presentation by Marc Linkert, Marco Töben and David Funke introduced the implementation of the new legal regulations and the compliance to the applicable collective bargaining agreeemnt within an industry-specifc software. The presentation evoked a vivid discussion of the issue.
The enitre event took place in a pleasant ambience and was well-prepared by the unions. The LANDWEHR team is looking forward to more of these conventions in the next years.
