29.08.08| LANDWEHR and MOVADO are intensifying their successful cooperation
An even more intensified cooperation between LANDWEHR and its software customer, MOVADO GmbH, has been agreed on in Haan-Gruiten near Wuppertal in mid August of 2008.
MOVADO has already been using LANDWEHR L1, a special temporary employment software, since 2005. On the occasion of a visiting appointment, Mr. Landwehr and Mr. Wesenberg (both LANDWEHR GmbH) were in a position to present new developments and upgradings of the already seasoned software solution, which were met with great interest by the MOVADO CEOs, Mr. Dillenberger, Mr. Graf und Mr. Fuest .
The new additional modules have been specially designed to guarantee an efficiently streamlined workflow in the everyday processes of temporary employment companies. What may, for instance, soon be history thanks to the use of these new modules is the prevalent time-consuming manual entry of employees’ working times. Through an extremely reduced data registering process, data referring to time parameters will now be directly available in digitally processable form according to two different possible principles.
Time sheets can simply be scanned in. Any handwritten time parameters are subsequently recognised by the LANDWEHR ICR software and directly referrred to the main software programme LANDWEHR L1 for further processing. Another extremely flexible possibility of importing time data is being offered by the feature “LANDWEHR time recording”, which can directly process employees’s working times through terminals independent of their location. The data is then instantly available through LANDWEHR 1 for further processing. This way, work routines can be pared down efficiently, and compilation of bills and payrolls becomes very directly workable.
Another main item on the agenda was the “LANDWEHR Web Portal“. Since many everyday business operations are hardly even conceivable without the internet today, LANDWEHR has developed the web portal as a software offering a wide range of online possibilities. For the conferrer this means, among other things, flexible management of applicants and employees, detailed viewing of profiles, recruiting and matching functions as well as easy processing of time recording data, for the hirer, a quick information system, and for applicants, the possibility to easily access information and send applications online. All this can also be adapted to various clients on request.
MOVADO GmbH has been active since 1996, and, as a group of companies, now runs 16 enterprises with 38 branch offices. In addition to the temporary employment software LANDWEHR L1, MOVADO is also employing the LANDWEHR software solutions for financial as well as payroll accounting.
Today as well as in the future, LANDWEHR Computer und Software GmbH is going to continue its lively exchange with clients such as MOVADO in order to keep developing new software innovations which are among the best in the temporary employment business.
