07.07.09 Ariane Durian had been confirmed as federal chairwoman at the iGZ convention!
The motto of the general meeting as well as the convention, which was arranged by the german association of temporary employment acency registered association held on July 1, 2009 in Berlin, was „power for change“. Within the exhibition of service provider of this branch, the LANDWEHR L1 team had the possibility to present the software for temporary work - LANDWEHR L1 - at their information desk to the attendent audience.
During the general meeting a new IGZ-management board had been elected on Wednesday morning. The members of the IGZ - only one dissenting vote – argued Ariane Duran as federal chairwoman. All went smoothly as well the voting of the deputy federal chariman, Holger Piening, who - like Ariane Duran – held office since Oktober 2008 temporarily. Another representative Sven Kramer had been elected as successor of Georg Sommer, who left for personal reasons. In the future, Carsten Tesch will be responsible in the IGZ-management for budget. The mangement will be completed with Bettina Schiller, Michael Hacker, Martin Gehrke, speaker of the IGZ-regional representative, Frauke Schacht, the honorary chairman Dietmar Richter and Werner Stolz.
The beginning of the convention had been arranged by the futurologist Imke Keicher, who gave tips how to collect „power for change“. She arranged „rules to the working world of tomorrow“. After that, the minister Karl-Josef Laumann reported about the rule of temporary work on the job market. Then, Hartmut Lüerßen, general manager of the Lünedonk GmbH, demonstrated aktual facts and figures of temporary work. Futhermore, sales representative trainer of the year Klaus-J. Fink presented „new wind against the economic slowdown. Between the presentations the participants had the chance to visit the trade exhibition of suppliers and to inform themselves at the information desks. At the LANDWEHR stand a lot of conversations had been held.
At the end of the day a „market of possibilities“ occurred for the first time. Experts presented solutions and ideas for actual challenge of temporary work. There are information about educational and training possibilities, short time, actual judicial subjects, about political temporary-employment agency work initiatives and about lobby work of IGZ in Berlin.
